Odds and Ends

Kash Patel and chocolate

As the weather turns into winter I hope to spend more time contributing on many of our issues. My topics will be scattered until I am motivated by something particular but I’m sure it won’t be long before I find a topic and really dig in as I did for Fentanyl research. I also have more to add to my Fentanyl research. If you haven’t watched my hour long introduction to fentanyl harm reduction here it is

Tune into these Odds and Ends titles for a variety of topics.

Here we have Harley Schlanger, of the Shiller Institute, promoting some of Trumps picks interviewed by Sarah Westall, of the most capitalist truthers around. We rightfully should criticize all alternative media pundits (as some of these platformed Judas Goats are in fact not only shills but agents and without calling them out on every issue and cataloging their history we can’t know exactly who). I am not saying Sarah is but only to watch everyone in order to use your own discernment.

(Matt Ehret is also a follower of LaRouche (as is Harley), which in some way leads him to promote Hamilton over Jefferson, larger central government and large military spending, and nuclear energy (of which I speculate he will lay with RFK on the issue). Hold your breath for me to write more on all these issues. And please contribute your own thoughts, small timers like myself are mostly speaking into a vacuum.

Here is Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea exposing zeolite claims and Masterpeace, a sponsor of Sarah Westall and many other truther channels. The question should be now, if Ana’s claims are true, are these pundits going to stop promoting Masterpeace products? Or will MONEY TRUMP TRUTH. Americans have internalized the sins of their oppressors, it is our neighbors who will sell us out.

Response to The Threats By Masterpeace CEO Matthew Hazen To Sue Me and Professor Baxas For 200 Million Dollars And Robert O Young's Electron Microscopy "Evidence"
After our recent interview, Professor Anita Baxas and myself are now being threatened by Masterpeace CEO Matthew Hazen with a 200 Million Dollar Lawsuit as you can see in the substack post above. The…

Here is David Knight pushing back on Kash Patel. You may have noticed many of our hero’s falling for the Elon-Trump nexus as somehow fighting the deep state. While I agree with Hamamoto that there are factions vying for power, we should not discount the fact these these same levers of power have been held by the same shadow government since Hamilton.

For some examples here is Mike and Doug’s channel, they often speak about the pilgrim society. Their website

https://aim4truth.org/

I believe The Pilgrim Society includes characters like Alan Watts of Esalen, a hero of the alt and a shaper of our sacred “truther” doctrine.

Here is William Ramsey’s channel which also covers The Pilgrim Society

Here is Daivd Knight on Kash Patel

Stay tuned… stay organized… and be motivated….

What I see today in our community of alternative media consumers are people seeking entertainment. Maybe not intentionally but that is what it amounts to because when we do nothing with our knowledge and our time investment following these issues we have essentially wasted our time.We all need too find a way to act; shit or get off the pot! We must bring our ideals into the real world. Those ideals include writing respectfully, presenting evidence, showing up, reaching out, and even growing food and making crafts. These political studies should revolve around religion and the role of civil authority, ie. your salvation and protection of our culture. Nope its fear porn and echo chamber libertarian one- liners. At least people like Sam Bailey and Tom Cowan are teaching us something. I am always surpised at how little truthers know about surviving. Buy a $2000 solar generator from Alaska prepper but you don’t even know how to filter water. Learn something don’t waste your time on news (news that you wont and cant do anything about). My “friend” recently told me he didn’t care about politics I said that fine.. find an issue and learn about it. Todays world of digital crack provides excuses for our laziness to not learn anything in depth.

Here I find Doug and Stacey (offgridwithdougandstacy.com) shilling a new product. Don’t get me wrong I think they are good people with good information, they are actually doing something. But with power comes responsibility. And with my background in specific topics I can spot a fake when it’s in my camp.

So I looked into their new chocolate tea and it was better than I expected.

Direct trade is not any specific proof but it can be good and it can be bad. I settle for it myself but would prefer more information.

I link my chocolate expose (Modern Charity) at bottom

Let’s do this test:

Does Bonfire manufacture shirts outside the US?

No, all Bonfire shirts are currently produced in the United States.

Where are Bonfire Shirts Made? Understanding Production and Shipping

July 17, 2024 by Kaizirk Janderheart

But the same website reads a little different pointing to intentional obfuscation:

Where Are Bonfire Shirts Made?

Bonfire shirts are proudly printed and shipped from facilities within the USA. This focus on US-based “bonfire manufacturing” offers benefits to both creators and customers:Where Are Bonfire Shirts Made?

Bonfire’s Commitment to Quality and Ethics

Bonfire is dedicated to providing high-quality apparel and printing that creators and customers can trust. They partner with reputable apparel brands and meticulously evaluate the printing processes and materials used by their printing partners.

Bonfire is also committed to ethical sourcing and strives to ensure that their products are produced in facilities that uphold fair labor practices and environmental responsibility.

Does Bonfire make their own shirts?

No, Bonfire doesn’t have its own factories. They partner with a network of printing companies across the USA to handle the production of their shirts. This “bonfire behind the scenes” partnership model allows them to offer a wide range of products and printing options while maintaining high quality and ethical standards.

Who Makes Bonfire Shirts? A Look Behind the Scenes

July 16, 2024 by Kaizirk Janderheart

They clearly want us to believe the shirts are made in the US. But in case we see through the charade (they make the loophole clear for us to spot), then they reassure us they are ethically sourced.

Lets look further straight into the horses mouth

Why don’t more companies manufacture in the USA, anyway?

Roughly 98 percent of clothes and shoes purchased in the U.S. are imported. Thomas Industry Update notes a few long-standing business dynamics that contribute to these offshore dynamics. The high U.S. corporate tax rate, regulatory hoops, cost of living expenses, and ethical considerations all contribute to a sometimes less-than-friendly production environment on American soil. As Hormats notes, other offshore locations – especially Vietnam and South Korea – stand to gain substantially from the global disruption.

Also, the modern manufacturing process is ridiculously specialized and full of “complex interdependencies” that make it inherently difficult to make one product in one place.

So, what’s it like buying “Made in USA”?

First, we need to get clear on our terms. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a bevy of definitions and qualifications for what “Made in USA” means. According to a 2017 Business Insider article, things like clothing — hats, t-shirts, etc. – are “permitted to have a ‘Made in USA’ label as long as the item was cut and sewn in the U.S. and the fabric was created in the U.S., regardless of where the fiber was originated or where the yarn was spun.”

This leaves the door open for ambiguity.

We recently ran into these ambiguities with a client who was looking for American-made t-shirts and hats. One t-shirt option on SanMar (a large, U.S.-based wholeseller) was described as “spun, knit, fabric dyed and finished in the U.S.A.” When we ordered a sample, the tag read, “Sewn in Haiti of USA Fabric.”

That wasn’t what our client was looking for. Nor were the other wholesale brands who offered “Made in USA” options that were incongruent with the rest of their clothing lines, or that met FTC standards while still being produced with “imported materials.”

This entire article did not clearly say where their shirts are made, did it?

They argued that it’s unreasonable to expect them to be made in the USA but didn’t clearly define what I contend MUST be the FACT that their shirts, or rather their fabric, is not made in the USA.

But I don’t buy themed shirts because I need shirts, like i buy underwear or socks (of which I can still find USA-made socks. I buy statement shirts not only to make a statement but also to support the creator, but not only the influencer, but the industry. I spend more on organic food, I spend more at local restaurants, and I spend more on ethical products. But in this case Doug and Stacey found a profit margin that was too good to pass up stamping logos on foreign made shirts. I know the issue well. Dr. E Michael Jones years ago returning from Africa also writes about how cotton production and clothing fabrication is the first step for any economy as it was in the American South. Jones criticizes second hand clothes that flood into Africa for their destruction of local industry. Many times these clothes are donated by you only to be sold in these poor countries for profit. My loved one sews and she is always looking to procure used fabric from garage sales and thrift stores, while not ideal because she doesn’t support a local weaver, she does not contribute to the slave labor clothing found in retail stores. Buying a pair of American made jeans for 100$ is also beyond my ability.

Orgin is a current American shoe maker, but even I swimming in ideals have not found the extra money to support them. Ironic how Elon, RFK, and Trump endorse Mcdonalds but not authentic local manufacturers.

Jimmy Dore spoke of dining with RFK; what was on the menu? Swordfish, only the most naive would succumb to the psyop that Trump, with a full staff of Mayo level doctors and 5 star chefs would eat glyphosate-glycol sawdust McSlurry.

Jones helped set up a program where the Catholic schools would commit to buying locally manufactured uniforms. These type of creative local grassroots solutions are our only hope.

Today the talk is on tariffs, as if any modern American has any knowledge of economics. A large part of the civil war was fought over tariffs, free trade (NAFTA) is what outsourced our jobs to begin with. Mark Anderson recently cited an obscure book on the topic.

In my opinion the only reason any manufacturing would return to the US is because it has to. Because the world is closing its doors to America. This was Dr. Matt Johnson’s opinion years ago.

Also because of the large reserves of undocumented and exploitable labor that makes American ethics and work standards meaningless. An intrinsic handicap against all-American shirt manufacturers.

In closing; the work of Doug and Stacey is good and a net positive, i may even buy some of the books. I’m not saying they are fake or bad in any way. But I am saying that it is our job to criticize all of it if we are going to rightfully claim to have the highest ideals.

Here is my link to my paper Modern Charity, the work on property ownership in connection with coffee and chocolate is now dated and I can only presume worse for independent farmers.
